%*@#* PIN WORMS!
GAHH! Emma has these again. They come from Mother’s Day Out, other kids and areas where animals might have access to (i.e. playgrounds). They just make her little bottom itch. Treatment is easy (just a couple of pills), but it is a pain in the rump to deal with in the mean time!
I am glad that we went to the doctor today as we are about to get pounded with freezing rain and snow off and on for the next four days! I actually postponed a party tonight as it is suppose to rain, but I am worried about the temp being low and it freezing before I can get back home. NOT worth me driving on slick roads to make a few bucks – that’s for sure! Luckily, the hostess agreed with me, so we’ll be doing that next weekend.
I am, however, hoping and praying that the Knights come to their senses and DO NOT try to drive out of town to go hunting on Saturday night. That is just foolish. They will be driving on slick roads so that they can go out and hunt in freezing rain. Doesn’t make sense to me at all! I am just hanging on that someone will call him tonight and say that they aren’t going!
As far as the kids and me go, I doubt we will be going ANYWHERE for the next few days. If it is slick, it is not worth going anywhere (church included) with two small children. Risking an accident or sliding off of the road or getting stuck. Nope. We are going to stay put RIGHT HERE in our nice warm home!
